In summer you should choose one with strong UV- protection and it should be waterproof to stop rain. And also it should have a mosquito net to protect baby from mosquito. It’s better the material is PU coating or with TPU membrane. Like the following picture shows.

In winter, the raincover should be warm but breathable. The oxford material is a good choice.
